» Walking in a graceful, yet forthright manner don’t shuffle.
         
» Sitting up in the chair, leaning slightly forward to show interest & intent.
         
» Making solid eye contact with the interviewer -
both when speaking & listening.
        
» Avoid displaying unattractive mannerisms or habits, such as rubbing one’s nose or playing with ones ear.
       
» Sitting with hands neatly folded in one’s lap
or resting comfortably on the chair armrests.
       
 » Sitting with both feet planted on the floor, crossing one’s legs only if the interviewer shows such casualness
      
» Keeping your body calm. Do not over gesticulate while speaking.
       
» Showing a businesslike, yet not formal image. Take cues from interviewer.

          » Style one’s hair in a contemporary
                 way that adds a more youthful touch.
          » Use appropriate make-up for an attractive, contemporary look. Do not use perfume or cologne. Avoid displays of excessive jewelry. Be very tasteful in accessories.
          
» Wear classic clothes that reflect the desired work setting. In a business or office setting, wear your best suit or dress, shoes, tie, etc. that reflect current tastes.
          
» Be sure hands and fingernails are clean. Be freshly              bathed. Have someone check you over before going to              the interview.
